We are stronger together, yet we continually feel the pressure and burden to be everything to everyone in isolation. We're social by nature - even as a solopreneur, we aren't meant to run our business alone in a vacuum.
I ask questions to connect with others, to learn, and to challenge, rethink and reinvent new ways to grow and scale our business. I recognize that there is more than one answer - we don't have to do things the way they've always been done.
All businesses need strong operations, but Director level support is often out of reach for many. I strive to be the bridge, to teach small businesses and solopreneurs how to own and confidently navigate the seven pillars of operations and make values-aligned decisions that will bring the most impact and growth.
Life throws curveballs, I believe we should always have a plan AND be prepared to change it at any given moment. Never wait for the perfect moments in life, I strive to act in the moment with the information I have, realizing that the process is often as important as the outcome.
Our lives are always changing and as women, we often have competing priorities. I believe in finding the right fit for us individually while redefining success on our own terms, sharing our priorities, and implementing boundaries.
